• Processing Time:

Orders received before 13:30 PM (GMT+1) Swedish time will be processed on the same day. However, if we receive your order after this time, we cannot guarantee same-day shipment.

• Shipping Notifications:

Once your shipment is booked, we will send a notification to your login email address. This notification will include the tracking information for your order.

• Shipping Carriers:

• For orders within Sweden, we utilize PostNord as our shipping carrier.
• For international orders, we partner with DHL to ensure reliable and efficient delivery.

• Shipping Fees:

• Free shipping is available under the following conditions:
• Inside Sweden: Orders totaling 8,000 SEK (excluding VAT)
• Inside Europe: Orders totaling 1,000 EUR

• Please note that free shipping applies to DHL Economy shipping method for addresses outside of Sweden, not the express shipping method.

• If your order does not meet the free shipping threshold or if the shipping address is outside of Europe, the shipping cost may vary based on the size and weight of your order. The accurate shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process.

• Shipments with Batteries:

Due to safety regulations, batteries cannot be shipped via DHL Express delivery. If you have placed an order with batteries and selected Express Delivery, your order will be changed to Economy Delivery to comply with safety guidelines.

• Package Tracking:

After your shipment is released from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and packing list. This will allow you to track the progress of your package.

• Transit Time within Sweden:

The transit time for deliveries within Sweden is typically 1 working day from our warehouse to the area around Stockholm. For destinations north of the Stockholm area, it may take 2 working days.

• Transit Time for International Addresses

1. The transit time for international addresses depends on your location and the shipping service you choose.
2. DHL Express can deliver to most addresses in Europe within 1 working day.
3. DHL Economy may take between 1-5 working days for delivery to various international destinations.
